My journey began in 2010 when I was offered a job as a bed bug technician, which I accepted despite initial hesitation due to a heat treatment that I witnessed on-site.

However, my driving force to start Pest Xclusion Pros was the realization that too many people had to live with pest problems simply because they could not afford remediation.
